Over the past eight years in the field of special education, I have had the opportunity to work in various school settings, where I have gained extensive experience in supporting students with learning disabilities. In these schools, I have worked closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored educational plans that cater to each student's unique needs. I have facilitated small group and one-on-one instruction, focusing on strengthening academic skills such as reading, writing, and mathematics, while also addressing social-emotional growth. I utilize a range of specialized teaching methods and tools, including assistive technology, visual aids, and multisensory approaches, to help students grasp concepts and build confidence in their abilities. Additionally, I have been involved in conducting assessments to identify learning challenges and provide data-driven recommendations for intervention. My role has also included collaborating with teachers to create inclusive classroom environments and providing professional development on best practices for supporting students with learning disabilities.
