I am an experienced educator with 11 years of teaching experience, and I teach students from Class 1 to Class 5 across all subjects. I also teach Science to Class 8 students and provide Spoken English training to help learners improve their communication skills and confidence.

I completed my Ph.D. from Borstel Biomedical School, Germany, in 2014. In addition, I completed the First Mile Leader Program from Harvard Business School in 2021, which helped strengthen my leadership, communication, and professional skills. My academic background and professional experience have given me a strong foundation in scientific knowledge, education, and communication.

Alongside teaching, I have more than 10 years of professional experience in medical and scientific content development, regulatory-compliant editing, healthcare e-learning, and scientific publishing. I have worked on end-to-end content development, peer review, stakeholder collaboration, and LMS-based content delivery using tools such as JIRA. I have also contributed to high-impact scientific publications.

I have also worked as a Subject Matter Expert with Chegg, where I provided concept-based academic support and expert guidance to students in Life Sciences and related subjects. This experience strengthened my research, analytical, and communication skills and helped me learn how to simplify complex scientific concepts for learners with different levels of understanding.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and student-centred. Before each class, I prepare a lesson plan based on the student's level, learning objectives, and individual requirements. During the session, I encourage students to participate through questions, discussions, examples, and interactive activities. I focus on conceptual understanding rather than simple memorisation.

I regularly check students' understanding through questions, practice exercises, and feedback. I also adjust the pace and teaching approach depending on the student's progress and learning needs. I use PPT presentations and a whiteboard to make explanations clearer and lessons more organised.

My goal is to combine my academic, scientific, professional, and teaching experience to provide meaningful support to students. Whether I am helping a young learner build strong academic foundations, supporting a Class 8 student with Science, or helping someone improve their Spoken English, I aim to make every class structured, practical, interactive, and focused on the student's development.
