Currently pursuing an M.A. in Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Delhi, with a strong foundation in psychological theory and research methods. Previously completed a B.A. (Hons.) in Applied Psychology from Sri Aurobindo College, University of Delhi, securing a CGPA of 8.01. Additionally, completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling (PGDGC) from Jamia Millia Islamia, further strengthening applied understanding of counselling practices and mental health interventions.

Has contributed to academic research through multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals, including work on parenting styles, ego identity, stress, and the interrelations between self-compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude. Also contributed a book chapter examining culturally embedded cognitive reframing practices in Indian households. Research engagement is complemented by active participation in academic conferences, with paper presentations at SAMANVAYA 2026: International Mental Health Confluence, Gurugram University, and the 11th International and 13th Indian Psychological Science Congress, CCS University, Meerut.

Practical exposure includes internships across clinical and developmental settings, including Path Finders, Kailash Nursing Home (under Mrs. Khyati Malik), and Navsanjivani Developmental Centre, involving work with diverse client populations. Supplemented by online clinical psychology internships with Cognizavest and Fortis Healthcare, accumulating structured training hours in applied psychological assessment and intervention contexts.
