I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physical Education and am currently pursuing a PhD in Physical Education. I am also an AIFF D License certified football coach. My coaching focuses on developing strong football fundamentals such as ball control, dribbling, passing, receiving, first touch, movement, and basic game understanding. I also include speed, agility, coordination, endurance, and functional fitness to help players become more complete athletes. I have practical experience in conducting structured football training sessions, particularly for young players, using age-appropriate and engaging activities. My approach is to create a positive training environment where players can learn, improve their confidence, and enjoy the game while developing their technical and physical abilities. With my background in Physical Education and sports training, I aim to provide systematic and well-planned football coaching based on the individual needs and level of each player
