I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College for Women, University of Delhi. Throughout my course, I have gained practical experience in teaching, curriculum development, teacher training, and educational content design.

I have worked as a Teacher Intern in MCD Primary Schools, where I planned and delivered engaging lessons, managed classrooms, and supported students with diverse learning needs. I have also completed teaching internships with Pehchaan – The Street School and Teach For India, where I conducted revision classes, assessed student learning, and built positive relationships with students and parents.

In addition, I have worked as a Curriculum Developer for Pehchaan, designing age-appropriate learning materials for early childhood education. I have experience in remedial teaching through Peepul, where I supported students’ academic growth using interactive and learner-centred teaching strategies.

My experience also includes working with Akshara and Edspectrum as an English Supporter and Teacher Trainer. In these roles, I designed lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, teacher training modules, and curriculum aligned with foundational learning goals. I conducted teacher training sessions, developed educational content, and promoted activity-based and experiential learning practices.

I have also worked as an English Teacher at Monika’s English Institute, teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills to learners of different age groups. Additionally, I have volunteered with CRY/Pahal, contributing to community outreach, educational activities, and child rights awareness programmes.

These experiences have helped me develop strong skills in classroom management, curriculum design, communication, assessment, mentoring, and creating inclusive learning environments. I am passionate about helping students learn effectively while continuously improving my teaching practices.
