Khushi S. - Making Learning Simple, Engaging, and Confidence-Building

I’m Khushi, a postgraduate in Psychology with a background in Applied Psychology and practical exposure to mental-health and clinical settings. As a Therapist Intern, I aim to provide a warm, non-judgmental and supportive space where clients can openly discuss their concerns.
My approach is friendly, empathetic and collaborative. I believe that mental-health support should feel approachable rather than intimidating, and I focus on understanding each individual’s experiences and concerns before working towards practical goals.
I have particular interest in supporting students and young adults experiencing concerns related to stress, anxiety, self-esteem, academic pressure, relationships and everyday life transitions. I use psychological concepts and structured, practical strategies appropriate to my role and level of training.
