Yoga Experience

I have been practicing yoga consistently since the 6th grade and have maintained a disciplined daily routine into adulthood. My foundational training was developed during my time at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), where I actively participated in multiple yoga competitions and performed at the national level.

Over the years, I have developed strong proficiency in a wide range of asanas, including proper posture alignment, balance, flexibility, and breath control. I am skilled in maintaining postures for optimal duration with correct technique, ensuring both effectiveness and safety.

In addition to physical practice, I regularly engage in meditation and self-guided mindfulness techniques, which have strengthened my mental focus and deepened my understanding of yoga as both a physical and spiritual discipline.

As a BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) student, I integrate my knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathology with yoga practice. This allows me to understand the root causes of physical discomfort, identify anatomical imbalances, and apply yoga techniques in a more informed and therapeutic manner.

I bring a holistic approach to yoga—combining physical precision, medical insight, and spiritual awareness—to promote overall well-being and balanced living.
