I am a trained Counseling Psychologist (CRR No. B144377) and a Psychology Teacher with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and professional experience in counselling, therapeutic interventions, and mental health support for children, adolescents, and adults.
With over four years of clinical and school-based experience, I have worked extensively with concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, emotional regulation, trauma, and academic stress. I am skilled in applying CBT, psychodynamic techniques, case formulation, crisis handling, and designing personalised intervention plans. I also maintain strong documentation practices and work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
