As a final year BA Hons Music student at Delhi University, my teaching experience is rooted in the rigorous study and practice of Hindustani Classical vocals and contemporary vocal techniques. Over the past year, I have successfully guided beginner and intermediate students online and through home tuitions, helping them discover their unique vocal range and build musical confidence. My Expertise Includes: • Vocal Culture & Voice Modulation: Training students in Akar practice, breath support, and pitch stability using structured Alankars to improve voice texture. • Classical Foundation: Introducing students to fundamental Raags, understanding Aaroh-Avroh, Pakad, and basic Taals (like Teental and Dadra). • Song Application & Performance: Teaching students how to apply classical vocal techniques to light music, popular Bollywood melodies, and devotional Bhajans with correct Ucharan (diction) and Bhaav (emotion). I focus on creating a patient, highly engaging, and interactive environment. My goal is to ensure that while students build a strong technical foundation, they also enjoy the process of singing the songs they love.
