Dance To Fitness (DtF) was started by fitness consultant and trainer Sonia Bakshi, in 2002 in Ashiana Arcade, Indirapuram Ghaziabad, Sonia is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst, and a certified Reebok trainer

Today there are twenty six franchises spread across Ghaziabad, Delhi, Noida and Pune. All the franchises are run by her own students, handpicked by Sonia to maintain the same standards that she offers at her studio

All the instructors are well qualified and specialize in training fitness enthusiasts in aerobics, pilates and weight training. They also provide diet counselling for maximum weight and inch loss.

Our Trainers:
Sonia Bakshi has personally trained instructors at all Dance to Fitness studios across Indirapuram and Noida so that the quality of service is at par with the original studio at Ashiana Arcade. All the instructors love what they do and make sure they like to build a personal bond with their members, and try their best to ensure the results they are looking for in the least amount of time. They also provide diet charts and also encourage one-on-one diet consultations.
