I teach students from Classes 6 to 10 in Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Science. For Classes 11 and 12, I teach Commerce subjects including Economics and Accountancy. I also provide coaching for B.Com, BBA, MBA, and M.Com students in Commerce-related subjects. I have around 2 years of teaching experience, along with extensive academic and university-level teaching experience.

I have completed my Ph.D. in Commerce as a full-time research scholar and am UGC-NET-JRF qualified in Commerce. My academic background and research experience have given me strong subject expertise, particularly in Commerce, Accounting, Financial Management, and related areas.

I have had the opportunity to serve as an Assistant Professor at renowned universities including GGSIPU, New Delhi, and Lovely Professional University, Punjab. During my academic career, I taught subjects such as Financial Management, Financial Accounting, and Cost Accounting. These experiences helped me develop a strong understanding of university-level teaching as well as student learning requirements.

Along with teaching, I have extensive experience with academic and analytical tools including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SPSS, STATA, GRETL, Tableau, R Studio, VOS Viewer, Biblioshiny, and Meta-Analysis software. My research interests include dividend decisions, corporate governance, sustainability issues, and shareholder value creation.

My research work has also been an important part of my academic journey. I have published research papers in ABDC ‘B’ category, ABS-2, Scopus, and Web of Science indexed journals. I have also received Best Paper Awards at both National and International Conferences and have participated in Faculty Development Programs at national and international levels.

My teaching methodology is structured and student-centric. I focus on clear lesson planning, concept-based learning, practical examples, discussions, and real-world applications. I use PPTs and a digital whiteboard to explain concepts and encourage students to participate actively and ask questions.

I conduct both online and offline classes and adapt my approach according to the student’s academic level and learning requirements. My goal is to combine my academic, teaching, and research experience to help students develop strong conceptual understanding, improve their analytical abilities, and become more confident in their academic preparation.
