Dinesh Parihar

Hails from the Gharana of jaipur Kathakaar. Initiated into this Art from an early tender age of 8
years by his father and Guru Pt. Ramanlal Parihar under guru shishya Parampara, with the
valuable guidance of his Guru Pandit Parveen Gangani.
As professional Kathak Dancer I have been honing skills with renowned
artists like Padmabhushan Shri Birju Maharaj & Padmashri Shobhana
Narayan, Guru Shri Pravin Gangani and many others.
I presented many solo & group Kathak Dance performances in various cities.
During my performances, I participated as main Dance role in performances
composed by Guru Shri Praveen Gangani.
I have also trained with the Dance School of Padam Shri & Sahitya Kala
Sangit Natak Academy Awardee Smt Uma Sharma in 2001.
I am training students in field of Folk Dance & Western Dance and
composed many dance items & trained school children for various functions
for government broadcasts on Doordarshan , Sanskar TV Channel and
Aastha Channel.
Dinesh has been Performing since tender age of 8 . He has performed in many Prestigious
festivals all over India and abroad such as ‘KOSHISH’ ‘SABRANG’ ‘WINDOWS INTO INDIAN
MUSIC & DANCE’ ‘KONARK FESTIVAL’ Orissa, ‘KATHAK MAHOTSAV’ Ja`ipur, PHAAG UTSAV
Jaipur ‘INDIAN FESTIVAL’ in china, ‘INDIAN FEST’ in south Africa, ‘ETNOLIFE’, Russia ETC.
