I am a Gym, Diet and Nutritionist enthusiast and help others to achieve a healthy and fit body. I have studied Diploma in Personal training and am a Certified Yoga Professional, Human Performance Nutritionist, and I am a Registered Exercise Professional. Besides, I have also completed a Master's in Sports and Exercise Nutrition from ISST Puna.

I have trained many people for seven years. My focus point is to teach my students how they can attain a healthy lifestyle without doing much. Learning about Nutrition is also necessary as a lot depends on what you eat. While I was a student, one thing I understood is that having a supportive mentor is extremely necessary. It is why I stay very calm whenever I interact with my students and help them learn the lesson in detail.

I am very passionate about training my students and believe in allowing them to ask any question. If a teacher wants the students to learn properly, they should be allowed to ask anything they feel like; even if the question is stupid, they should not be discouraged. The more a student gains confidence, the easier lesson delivery becomes.

I train my students with care, and so I primarily focus on the Five Components of the training process. Following this method has helped me to segregate and arrange the topics accordingly.
