Horrible place to prepare for IELTS. While enrolling for the course, they say "ask a doubt as many times as you want"but on asking once they get irritated. (GEETA the main faculty) Though she speaks very sweetly but don't expect this when you have a doubt. Plus the receptionist sonika she is worst. Don't get your paper book from her. Purposely or accidentally, god knows, she booked wrong paper. For a general training candidate, she booked academic module. And then they neither refund for paper nor accept their mistake. They are too smart to put blames on others. Plus when it comes to learning they wont tell any tips to achieve good score. Plus the classes are not organised well. Moreover on their last class, they force people to write good reviews. Otherwise they don't let them go.
