Education is not a business. It is a state where innovation goes at every step. I keep an eye on course curriculum and ths learning ability of student. If the learner is slow i have to drive slow & if he/she is a quick learndr then the gear change is my hobby. I have organised a lot of seminars, trainings, conferences etc.
He, one of the rising educator & entrepreneur, founder of Smartech Education Private Limited belongs to Jharkhand. Avinash was born in a middle class family on 8th June 1995. His father late Surendra Tiwari was a reputed Engineer while mother Nirmala Tiwari is a religious housewife. In the family Avinash has 5 sisters & 2 brothers.

The primary schooling of Avinash begin in his hometown Ranka Raj. Then he migrated to Garhwa for higher studies. He was the school topper, so teachers suggested him to go for higher studies outside district. Consecutively Avinash did his matriculation from M.K.DAV School, Medininagar. In the mid time he got sever achievements & pertained various basic computer courses which proved to be a raw resource for him. These learning provoked him to switch into digital world. After that he took admission in Oxford Public School, Ranchi for intermediate of Science. Ranchi was the open space for him where he could realise his dreams & fly into open sky with open wings. In the initial years of graduation(B.tech, UCER, Greater Noida) he started conducting workshops, seminars etc. He used to teach his classmates during same.
