I am a passionate and dedicated Computer Science educator with a strong academic background and extensive teaching experience. I hold an M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering along with a B.Ed, which has enabled me to combine technical expertise with effective and student-centric teaching methodologies. I began my professional teaching career as an Assistant Professor in an Engineering College, where I taught Computer Science and Engineering subjects to undergraduate students. This experience strengthened my conceptual knowledge, classroom management skills, and ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner. I later served as a Computer Teacher at Army Public School, where I had the opportunity to work with school students and develop their interest in computers, programming and technology. I focused on creating an engaging learning environment through practical demonstrations, interactive activities and application-based teaching. I believe in adapting my teaching approach according to the age, learning ability and individual needs of every student. My teaching philosophy is based on conceptual clarity, practical learning, regular assessment and continuous encouragement. I aim not only to help students perform well academically but also to develop their logical thinking, problem-solving abilities and confidence in using technology. My professional journey has also provided me with valuable experience in working with diverse students and families in a disciplined and multicultural environment. My contribution and commitment to the community were recognised with a Regional President AWWA Award of Excellence. After taking a career break following childbirth, I am now enthusiastic about restarting my teaching career through online education, where I can utilise my academic expertise and teaching experience while continuing to inspire and mentor students
