“My background is in Commerce and Special Education. I completed my Diploma in Special Education (Hearing Impairment) in 2023, and after that I completed my B.Com. During my diploma, I received training in assessment, individualized education planning (IEP), classroom management, assistive technology, and teaching children with hearing impairment in inclusive settings.

Although I am a fresher and do not have full-time teaching experience, I have gained practical experience through my teaching practice, lesson planning, classroom observations, and working with children during my internship. Since completing my studies, I have been preparing for teaching examinations and continuously improving my knowledge of inclusive education, the NEP 2020, the RPWD Act 2016, and modern teaching strategies. I am eager to apply these skills as a Special Educator and continue learning as a teacher.”
