With 20 years of experience in primary teaching, I have had the privilege of educating, guiding, and nurturing young learners during the most formative years of their lives. Throughout my teaching journey, I have worked with children of different learning abilities and have developed a deep understanding of their academic, emotional, social, and individual needs. My teaching philosophy focuses on creating a positive, inclusive, and child-centred learning environment where every child feels valued, confident, and motivated to learn. I believe in making education engaging through activity-based learning, storytelling, role play, worksheets, projects, games, and experiential activities. I have extensive experience in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, classroom management, assessment, and student evaluation. Over the years, I have also actively participated in organising school events, workshops, orientations, special assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, and various co-curricular activities. I have maintained strong communication with parents and worked collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the holistic development of students. My 20 years of experience have helped me develop excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. I strongly believe that primary education lays the foundation for a child's future, and I feel proud to contribute towards shaping confident, responsible, creative, and compassionate individuals.
