This is a single step which didnot go the way you wanted. This doesnot mean that things will go the same way in the future. You must focus on the next step, find out where you lacked last time, improve that. Donot repeat the same mistake again and JEE requires focus and regular practice and you must focus on that only now. No need to peep in the past, which you can't change now. Focus on what you can achieve( JEE ) in future.
