"The generous spirit and gentle personality of Kapil Sir and Nilanjana Madam draws you effortlessly to them. They both are not just amazing human beings but also marvellous mentors. The workshops that I have attended with them have helped me to become more aware of myself, my inner self. One of the most subtle changes that I have found in myself is that it has become much easier to send Light and Love to people and areas of my life, that I found difficult to connect to before. The knowledge which they they share and impart in their workshops make us more inquisitive for knowing more and more. All their workshops left us mesmerized.
