Over the past four years, I’ve held generalist roles working directly with founders and operators across early- and growth-stage startups. At Rally OurBus, a leading intercity mobility startup, I led city-level P&L ownership and turned around two struggling markets at State College and Blacksburg. With limited direction, I restructured schedules, revamped demand forecasting, and launched targeted local campaigns, ultimately driving both markets to a 28% operating profit margin. This involved building processes from scratch, collaborating with global teams across five countries, and continuously iterating in a fast-paced environment.

At Snackfax, I worked closely with the founding team to craft go-to-market strategies for emerging D2C food brands, focusing on awareness and trial generation through creative on-ground activations like Vox Pops and corporate experiential marketing. At Fameo, I led growth and partnerships for a B2B2C marketplace, onboarding viral product suppliers and experimenting with performance-led dropshipping funnels. At Com Olho, I was part of an AI-driven regtech product team, working with leadership to structure market intelligence and positioning decks for enterprise clients.

Across all roles, I’ve consistently taken full ownership of high-stakes projects from launching city operations and building marketing funnels to cross-functional execution always delivering against tight deadlines in unstructured environments. I thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and am motivated by creating order from chaos to drive tangible business results.
