In my Opinion a teacher is the One who can make a student understand the concept with clarity. A teacher has to teach as per the Level of the student and not as per his own qualification or Knowledge.

Even when I was in the corporate sector, I used to train My team in Excel, data handling, Analysis concept and working domain Knowledge and now they have excelled in their domain.

I started Teaching by a chance just after Completing 12th Standard in the Year 1997. One of My Neighbor's Daughter had failed in 10th Class in Mathematics. They asked for My help in teaching her. Initially I said No, but then I thought of teaching her only for Pocket Money. That was My first Teaching experience and the student got 60% in her Compartment exam in Maths. I realized that I have a potential to teach. This way I started Teaching and In the course of so many years I have even taught Mathematics for MCA. My favorite subjects are Physics and Maths.
