Ajay Kumar

I am an accomplished academician and researcher. With a strong expertise in VLSI design, semiconductor device modeling, FinFET technologies, and biosensors, I have contributed extensively to the advancement of next-generation nanoelectronic devices. My research work spans cutting-edge areas, high-frequency device analysis, reliability engineering, and perovskite/Si solar cell modeling, resulting in numerous high-quality publications in reputed international journals and conferences.
