•Developing, monitoring, and assistingwith counselling programs.
•Offering referrals to outsideresources, such as for mental health,substance abuse, or vocational-related activities.
•Plan and manage recruitment andselection of staff.
•Plan and conduct new employeeorientation.
•Identify and manage training anddevelopment needs for employees.
•Develop and implement humanresources policies and procedures.
•Organize and schedule meetings andappointments.
•Maintain contact lists.
