My name is Aditya Sharma daughter of Mr. Mahesh Kumar Sharma. I am a dedicated and passionate special educator. I have done my graduation in B.Sc. in biotechnology from kl Mehta Dayanand College, Faridabad, MDU, Rohtak, Haryana and D.Ed. in special education in hearing impairment from AYJNISHD RC Noida. Currently I am pursuing M.Sc. in environmental science from IGNOU. I have worked with children with diverse learning needs and specially with hearing impaired students.
I have also qualified REET level 1 examination. I have done CBR practice in AYJNISHD and assist my tutor in PTP ( Parents training programme) held monthly in AYJNISHD. I have also done my internship in health sector as a lab technician in clinical laboratory in Asian hospital Faridabad and Lab Pathcare, Safdarjung hospital and hauz khas.
I am proficient in making lesson plans and IEPs and using TLMs, assistive tools and AAC devices, using different instructional methods (such as heuristic method, project method, Maria Montessori method or Playway method), adaptation in lesson plans, and provide hands on learning experience to the children etc.
Apart from my academics, I am very creative and a quick learner. I enjoy painting, art and crafts, cooking and finding new recipes, sewing, etc. in my free time.
