Any Strain Developed in Material has "No Unit". As it is Ratio of Change In Dimension to Original Dimension.

How much years are required to become a C++ pro?

Listen Carefully. 2-3 Weeks - If You Know Some Logics 1 month - If You Have Desire to Study 2 Months - Maximum Limit For Learning C++ If It Takes More Than 2 Months, Then You Should Not Waste Your Time rather Learn Anything Else. Apology! Bitter But True.
