I teach Psychology to Class 11 and 12 students, as well as students pursuing BA and MA Psychology, and have around 2 years of teaching experience. I focus on helping students develop a strong conceptual understanding of Psychology while also preparing them effectively for examinations. I enjoy simplifying complex theories and connecting them with practical examples, case discussions, and real-life applications.

I have completed my Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Delhi in 2022 and am currently pursuing an M.Phil. from the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities. I have also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from NCERT and a Certificate in Adolescent Health and Counselling from IGNOU.

In addition, I have completed specialised training programs from NIMHANS, including training in suicide prevention, tobacco cessation, alcohol use disorder, and motivational interviewing. I have also completed training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) by Marsha Linehan through Psychwire. I am GATE and UGC-NET qualified, which further supports my academic expertise in Psychology.

My teaching experience includes working with undergraduate and postgraduate students in subjects such as Social Psychology, Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychology. I also provide tuition for Class 11 and 12 CBSE Psychology students and BA and MA students. My approach is adapted according to the student's academic level, syllabus, learning pace, and individual requirements.

I focus strongly on conceptual clarity and use practical examples, case-based discussions, simplified explanations, and real-life applications to explain complex psychological theories. I encourage students to participate in discussions and ask questions so that they develop a deeper understanding of the subject rather than relying only on memorisation.

I follow a structured class format that may include a review of previous concepts, introduction of the new topic, detailed explanation, interactive discussions, examples or case studies, and a short recap or assessment. I can also provide guidance on answer writing, examination preparation, assignments, research concepts, and the practical applications of Psychology.

I offer both online and offline Psychology classes and aim to make the subject engaging, relevant, and easier to understand. My goal is to help students build strong conceptual foundations while developing the examination and academic skills they need. I want my students to approach Psychology with curiosity and confidence and understand not only what a concept means, but also how it can be applied in real-world situations.
