I am the founder of Lakshya Cadet Academy, an institute dedicated to coaching students in Classes 11 and 12, with a strong focus on competitive exams such as IIT-JEE, NEET, and defence entrance exams like NDA. With over 10 years of experience in training students, we’ve developed a unique blend of academic rigor and disciplined preparation tailored specifically for aspirants looking to make it to top engineering, medical, and defence institutions.

Our journey began in 2014 with a vision to deliver high-quality, structured coaching that doesn't just teach students — but transforms them. The programs we run are carefully designed, particularly our 2-year foundational programs, which give students the depth and practice they need to excel in these high-pressure exams. We are proud of the academic success and character development we see in our students.

Our faculty team consists of 9 highly qualified educators, each with around a decade of experience in their respective subjects. Every member of our faculty holds a B.Tech degree and brings deep subject matter expertise along with effective teaching strategies. Their mentorship helps create a personalized learning environment where students get both academic guidance and motivational support.

Over the years, we have seen our students perform exceptionally well in various competitive exams, especially in defence services. One of our biggest achievements is the successful selection of over 50 students into the Indian Armed Forces as officers through exams like NDA. These outcomes are a testament to the focused training, structured curriculum, and values we instill in our students.

That’s why our programs also emphasize discipline, confidence building, and strategic thinking. We conduct our coaching both online and offline and use a digital-first teaching method for better engagement. Notes are provided in PDF format, which allows students to revise and practice effectively even outside of class. With a decade of success and a future-oriented mindset, we remain committed to helping students unlock their true potential.
