My career spans leadership roles in some of the world’s leading FMCG companies, including Pond’s India, Hindustan Unilever (HUL), PepsiCo, Britannia, and ITC Ltd.
At HUL, I worked for over 17 years, leading regional and area sales teams across North India and handling iconic brands like Lux, Rin, Surf, Ponds, Fair & Lovely, Knorr, Kissan, Brooke Bond, Lipton and more. My key strengths were planning, training, motivation, communication, and team building, which earned me recognition as a respected leader and mentor.
In 2010, I transitioned into corporate training, leveraging my field expertise to coach sales professionals and managers. I have conducted impactful training programs for PepsiCo, Britannia, and ITC Ltd. as part of my association with NIS Sparta (Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group).
