I have always enjoyed my time facilitating students with not just the academic curriculum but also extr curricular activities like elocution, debates, oratory, dramatics, coordinating sports meet and annual functions. Each activity conducted in a school are correlated and complement each other. Hence learning begins as soon as students enter their school and stays with them when each lesson taught in school is reinforced by sharing individual practice tasks that involve reflection and feedback. A Balanced combination of experiential learning, conceptual understanding, tasks catering to multiple intelligences of students , age and intelligence appropriate approach to behavioural issues when streamlined with discipline and planned schedules really bring out the best in an educator and their learners. I always aspire to create such an experience for all my students. Be it personal one to one tutoring at home or online ,such as during the 2020 Pandemic ,showed me that it is achieveable even when classes are conducted online. Keeping the freshness quotient alive do our learners is very crucial as each generation is different from the other.Happy Learning !
