23+ Years of Professional Expertise | Banking, MSME Finance, Entrepreneurship & Management Teaching I bring over 23 years of senior professional experience in banking, MSME finance, entrepreneurship, and business development, which I now channel into teaching and mentoring MBA students and professionals. Having led profit centres, regional teams, and strategic business initiatives across the banking and MSME sector—and later serving as CEO of an MSME-focused enterprise (SMSME)—I combine practical industry insight with academic structure to make management education meaningful and applied. My transition from corporate leadership to teaching was driven by the belief that management education becomes powerful when linked with real-world problem solving. Over the years, I have designed and delivered professional development programs, leadership sessions, and entrepreneurship workshops, which now form the foundation of my classroom approach. I teach MBA subjects including Strategic Management, Marketing, Financial Decision Analysis, Research Methodology, Business Law, and Entrepreneurship Development.
