I have more than 17 years of overall work
experience and 9 years of experience in leading projects in the
field of creating marketing linkages, creating partnerships
with industry and startups, training & skill development,
creating sustainable livelihoods and engaging with the youth.
He has been instrumental in promoting
markets,
employability and empowerment of rural small and nano
enterprises / early-stage startups in the field of Skill development
initiatives in Odisha’s most backward and LWE-affected districts,
connecting them with the relevant industries and investors.
He has worked in various domains including Business
Incubation, Industry Partnerships, Market Linkages, Capacity
Building, Liaising with Government, Land Acquisition,
Resettlement & Rehabilitation projects, Banking, Corporate
Social Responsibility, People Management, Corporate
Communication and Public relations across multiple states in
the country creating forward linkages for rural enterprises
and small businesses. He has played a pivotal role in
implementation of large-scale skill development projects and
placements under DDUGKY, PMKVY and PLTP programme
under OSDA and various Mentorship programs of Startup
Odisha. He has experience in leading a large team
implementing Skill Development training, Self-Employment,
Placements in the Private Sector, creating a training curriculum
and modules, training capacity building needs assessment of
the entrepreneurs etc.
