I am a PhD in Management in the domain of Human Resource Management. I am trainer and consultant to Research Scholars in Management, academicians and corporate. I am also specialized in Data Analysis in social sciences using SPSS, Strategic HR, Talent Management and Learning and Development.

I have 14 years experience in teaching and learning. I have research contributions in more than 20 National and International journals, Google Scholar to my credit. I am a certified professional in HR Analytics from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Rohtak.

I have conducted National level and State Level Faculty Development Programs, Management Development Programs for Corporate and Community Workers like Maharashtra Police.
