I am a Mathematics teacher for primary-level students, teaching Classes 1 to 5 with a focus on building strong foundational skills in the subject. I believe that early learning plays a crucial role in shaping a student’s future understanding of Mathematics, and I am committed to making the learning experience simple, engaging, and enjoyable for young learners. My aim is to help students develop confidence in numbers and build a positive attitude towards Mathematics from an early stage.

I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. Although my academic background is in engineering, I have always had a strong passion for teaching, especially Mathematics. My technical education has helped me develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which I apply in simplifying mathematical concepts for young students in an easy-to-understand manner.

I have 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, where I worked as a Mathematics teacher at St. Paul’s Secondary School, Kushalgarh, Banswara. During this time, I taught Mathematics to primary school students and focused on strengthening their basic understanding of concepts such as numbers, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, shapes, and simple word problems. This experience helped me develop effective strategies to teach young learners in an interactive and structured way.

Throughout my teaching journey, I have worked on improving students’ confidence in Mathematics by using simple explanations, real-life examples, and regular practice sessions. I believe that every child learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods according to individual learning needs. My focus is always on ensuring that students understand the basics clearly before moving on to more advanced concepts.

My teaching methodology is structured, patient, and student-friendly. I emphasize concept clarity over memorization and ensure that students understand the “why” behind every mathematical step. I pay special attention to students who struggle with foundational concepts and guide them step by step until they gain confidence. My approach is interactive and encourages students to actively participate in the learning process.

I conduct both online and offline classes, using PowerPoint presentations and whiteboard explanations to make learning visual and engaging. I believe that visual learning helps young students grasp mathematical concepts more easily. I also incorporate regular practice exercises and activities to reinforce learning and improve problem-solving skills in a fun and structured way.

My ultimate goal as a teacher is to build a strong mathematical foundation in young learners and help them develop confidence and interest in the subject. I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore concepts, and enjoy the process of learning Mathematics.
