I have several years of experience in Early Childhood Education, working exclusively with Nursery, LKG, and UKG children. My experience includes both classroom teaching and academic leadership as a Preschool Principal. I am passionate about creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to learn. I have planned and delivered age-appropriate lessons using play-way and activity-based learning methods that promote holistic development. My teaching focuses on building strong foundational skills in language, phonics, pre-reading, pre-writing, numeracy, environmental awareness, and communication. I regularly conduct storytelling sessions, rhymes, music and movement, art and craft, sensory activities, and fine and gross motor skill exercises to make learning engaging and enjoyable. I believe that every child learns differently, and I adapt my teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs. I continuously observe and assess children's developmental progress and maintain regular communication with parents through meetings and progress reports to support each child's overall growth. Apart from classroom teaching, I have coordinated theme-based activities, celebrations of festivals and special days, annual day programs, sports events, graduation ceremonies, and parent engagement activities. These experiences have strengthened my organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills while ensuring a positive learning environment. As a Preschool Principal, I have also mentored teachers, supported curriculum planning, monitored classroom practices, and promoted child-centered teaching methodologies. I have worked closely with staff and parents to maintain high standards of early childhood education and ensure children's safety, well-being, and emotional development. My teaching philosophy is based on nurturing curiosity, creativity, confidence, and independence in young learners. I strive to make learning meaningful through interactive experiences that encourage children to explore, ask questions, and develop a lifelong love for learning. I am committed to providing quality early years education that lays a strong academic, social, and emotional foundation for every child.
