I am a passionate and hard-working teacher who understands the value of proper language knowledge in an individual's life. I completed my MBA in Training & Development, in the year 2014 from the National Institute of Business Management, Chennai. I have 2 years experience in phonics. I completed an internationally accredited TEFL ( Teaching English as Foreign Language) certification course in 2022 from the Asian College of Teachers. I have worked in renowned institutes after my MBA.
For me, the most important thing is the student's understanding of the course materials. As for the conduction of the classes, I take my classes in groups or individually according to the student's comfort level. I teach students starting from UKG to fourth grade. My lessons are meticulously planned to fit every age group. My classes are exciting as I try to create an enriching experience for my students. Songs and rhymes enable the students to memorise and learn the course faster. I regularly provide worksheets for the students to practice their knowledge and learn. I am pursuing my passion with a promise to give my best to my students. So far, I have seen tremendous results. The sessions for my classes depend on the learning abilities of my students. I have worked with students who have shown growth in their pronunciation and learning of English as a language. A student of mine, studying in jr. kg, could read three-letter words just after fifteen sessions. Another student who had difficulties in reading three-letter words had shown a lot of growth, and she could easily read difficult words without any help. The growth of my students is assured.
