Representation: Utilizes Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and normalization techniques. Focus: Defines entities, attributes, relationships, and constraints, maintaining a level of abstraction from the physical implementation. Physical Data Modeling: Purpose: Describes how the data will be stored and accessed in a particular database system.
