I hold a Master’s degree in Sports Science and Event Management from Transstadia University, which provided me with a strong foundation in athletic performance and the strategic aspects of sports. To enhance my practical expertise, I have completed multiple international certifications, including ASCA Level 1, IUSCA Level 1, ISAK Level 1, IOC Physical Preparation Certificate, World Rugby Certification, and various masterclasses from Setanta College. These certifications have equipped me with cutting-edge knowledge in strength and conditioning, speed and endurance training, athlete development, and injury prevention.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from beginners aiming for a healthier lifestyle to professional athletes striving for peak performance. I specialize in strength training, cardiovascular fitness, power training, Pilates, bodybuilding, speed and endurance development, and injury prevention, allowing me to cater to both general fitness enthusiasts and competitive sportspeople.

My approach is highly personalized and goal-oriented. I analyze each client’s physical condition, learning style, and objectives to design programs that maximize results. Sessions are interactive, structured, and focused on long-term performance development, while ensuring safety and correct exercise techniques.
