I have an experience of teaching to B.tech 1st year students. I have got an clear objective for each lessons and work to meet those specific objectives during each class. I have got thorough knowledge of curriculum and standards. I am very passionate about teaching and working with students. I have incredible knowledge of and enthusiasm for the subject matter I teach. I'm prepared to answer questions and keep the material interesting for the students. I use to develop a strong rapport with students and establishes trusting relationships. I have high expectations of my students and encourages everyone to always work at their best level. I use to develop effective discipline skills and can promote positive behaviors and change in the classroom. Teaching is a lifelong learning process. There is always something to learn when you are teacher. The world is always changing, along with the curriculum and educational technology, so its up to you, the teacher, to keep up with it. A teacher who is always willing to go that extra mile to learn will always be an effective, successful teacher. The most effective tool a teacher can use is their imagination. Teachers need to be creative and think of unique ways to keep their students engaged in learning, especially now that many states have implemented the Common Core Learning Standards into their curriculum.
