Throughout all my sessions, I incorporate principles of progressive overload to ensure continuous improvement and challenge. I'm also knowledgeable about nutrition and often provide clients with basic dietary advice to complement their fitness routines. I stress the importance of balancing macronutrients, staying hydrated, and making healthy food choices that support their goals. Ultimately, my goal is to empower clients to become more confident in their bodies, achieve their fitness objectives, and develop sustainable habits that they can carry with them long-term.
