CSS+jQuery: More control, animations, and better user experience. Pure CSS: Simpler, faster, but limited interactivity. Use CSS+jQuery for advanced features.

Css is the best option to for dropdown menu.. Use a container element (like <div>) to create the dropdown menu and add the dropdown links inside it. Wrap a <div> element around the button and the <div> to position the dropdown menu correctly with CSS.
