How do I make an align list (center, right) in HTML without CSS, only with HTML?

Not possible, CSS is the reason we use to modifiy or transform text(color, background,thinkness, different fonts etc). By default its left align.

You can use <ul><li> tag to solve this. Also can use align class to make it right or center or as you want.
