What is more relaxing, crochet or knitting?

There's no general rule, it's very personal. I find crocheting more relaxing. Part of it is that I've been doing it a lot more. But it's also because a dropped stitch in crochet is not a big deal, but in knitting it can mean a big hole that you have to pick up through several rounds.
