Small Mistakes that Students make during Professional (CA CS CWA) Exam preparation

Most of us have faced the problem that even though we prepare well for the exam, we are not able to answer the questions exactly the way we want.

In this article I’ll tell you some of the reasons of this problem which should be avoided while preparing for the examination –

1. Focusing on only big chapter – Most of the students, before starting the exam preparation identify the chapter which are of most marks and focus only on those chapters. But in the Professional examination like CA, CS, CWA and even for B.com all the chapters are important. Small chapters are easy to understand, take less time and help you getting the marks
2. Referring different books for one subject – There is a tendency among the CA/CS/CWA students to refer books of different authors for a subject. Referring different books will create confusion. I t is advisable to just check the different books and then finalize the one book which you want to refer. This will help you in focusing and preparing well for the examination.
3. Ignoring theory – For the Practical papers like Accounts, Financial Management students mainly focus on Practical parts. As we all know that there is one question of theory in each paper. Solving the theory question takes less time than the practical question and help you get the same marks which you can get by solving practical question. The time which you save in answering theory question can be used in solving difficult practical question.
