"I am 39 years old man working as a Manager in MNC in Germany. The reason I should mention my age is that- this age you are not best receiver towards new things. Again the work commitments are very high. So I am not an ideal student. I also want to mention that I had 2 online Trainers before I choose Shivani. So I had a fair idea what to expect from online learning. I am extremely amazed by her methodological approach and her training skills. She is extremely hardworking and has great problem solving approach. She spends a lot of time training on grammar. She speaks only in German which really pushes you as a student to learn even more. I completed my German B2 level with her She is a great trainer and mentor and has exceptional ability to unscramble, untangle and decrypting complex issues that are impediments to learning German. "It was quite a good experience with concentration mainly on the language , rather than on the exams. This way we are actually learning the language.And the Skype facility really saves lot of time which is really helpful for the working students.This way classes become flexible and can be adjusted accordingly. This was a major plus point as compared to other regular classes. One aspect which can be improved if only from exam point of view , group session can be organised before the exam. "After months of class, I finally found the time to put down a few words about Miss Shivani. I had to leave for Germany in June and started going to her in March. Started off with alphabets and numbers, greetings and so on and German being a tough language, it was indeed tough to learn. But once I was in Germany, all those hours of teaching and corrections were really beginning to show. Greetings, numbers, meaning of words just began to flow and I think the most important thing was the confidence which was relatively high and it was all because of her. "I should mention that Shivani is a very friendly, charismatic person who has truck loads of patience which helps in teaching people of all ages. I did German A1 and A2 with Shivani. I have cleared German A2 at Goethe Frankfurt and am capable in communicating with people here in Germany. All these credits belong to her. About her training she is fluent in the language and knows how to train a person (depending on their capability). She begins her class with 5-10 mins of General conversation in German. If you have doubt about a word or sentence she will share examples in German to make you understand about it. She ensures that the trainee understands the chapter or subject in conversation. She does give lots of homework based on the specific days learning which helps in understanding and in case there are any doubts still she ensures the trainee understands it during the class next day. With respect to exam preparation, she ensures the trainee takes multiple mock tests and is comfortable in appearing for the Goethe exam. She even rates the trainee and follows Goethe exam pattern for time limits in those mock tests. She puts remarkable efforts in making sure that the trainee clears the exam. We will be commencing our B1 training shortly. I am gonna continue learning German with her and it is pleasure doing so. I wish you all the best. "

"Teaching methodology was very good. Learning new language from scratch and that too coping up with hectic work schedule was a major concern for me. "Disclaimer : I was forced to write this review! :P She will probably kill me after reading this review; nevertheless, it will be a mortal sin if i refuse. Ok enough of jokes for now. Coming back to the point. The first you would notice about Ms. Shivani is that she is quite a cheerful lady. The second would be her passion; be it for teaching German or simply speaking it as if it were her second nature (some might argue that it has now become her first).I remember this once when we were conversing in English and then out of nowhere she started speaking Deutsche leaving me with a bewildered look on my face.Still it was a funny incident, one that i will remember for quite a while. She has a very specific method of teaching and knows very well how to ignite your interest in German.She has a lot of patience when it comes to teaching. Provided you show sincere dedication. "Don't go by her age, go by her certifications.(At present level C1 :) ) She is one awesome German language teacher who eats,sleeps and breaths deautsch. As she is preparing for C2 and giving lecturer 24by7 so that will not be an exaggeration. I keep teasing or cracking jokes about her pictorial way of teaching but that is really good innovation apart from audio sessions. I came with little bit background on Spanish and admiration for French, both being very elegant and easy on ears language, German sounds like being put in front of Machine-gun fire. However it's because of Shivani's fun way of teaching and smile I have persevered through A1 and hopefully A2 in future. Shivani is so passionate about her work she told me to write negatives also in order to improve. So here we go :) :) She lacks marketing skills and her demo lecture was so not impressive. Taking aa,be,say,de(A,B,C,D) and spell your name in demo might create impression that this is simple stuff and one can do without classes.
