It is a two-way process wherein what you express is clearly understood by the other person. Poor communication skills are when an individual cannot express themselves properly, leading to a variance between what is said & what was understood. Contrary to what most people will tell you, poor communication usually begins with poor listening skills. Start there and the rest will fall into place. A good grasp of the subject being communicated is also helpful.

What should be ideal fee and duration for communication skill trainers profile?
Start with charging per class or per assignment! dont go below 300 per class as that is a standard market rate anywhere i guess. Later once you see the reviews adjust it accordingly. hope it helps.
