Hi, Dear Rao, there is no 'one best method' to learn English or any language, but it is a combination of the right mix of things. It can be as simple as reading the newspaper (or listening the news, in case you are yet to read that language), added with speaking practice with friends, siblings or groups with similar interest. Another important aspect is evaluation, to assess how much you learnt, or at what pace you are learning. This is applicable for any language. Hope this helps. I've been an English tutor / Lecturer in UK for over 20 years and could advise, that leaning to speak English fluently would depend very much on the age of the student and the student's surroundings. 1. First determine the level of English grammar and skills currently possessed by the student. 2. Select reading materials of interest to read consistently everyday 3. Watch English programmes / news with subtitles. 4. Converse as much as possible with people, even if you make mistakes. These are basic rules, however, there are many more effective methods by which one can improve their speaking skills considerably. Off-course all of these methods would take up endless space on this site. BUT keep to basics and remember that if you believe in yourself without fear, then road to success if faster. read less
