What is the lowest TOEFL grade for a PhD scholarship in the engineering field? I recently got 62. Do I need to retake the exam, or are there universities that accept this score?

The minimum score you require for the PhD scholarship is around 110 marks to 118 marks depending on your profile.

I would suggest you take a mock test and divide the preparation time for each section based on your mock test score. Usually the verbal section takes more time since it is much more difficult than the quant section.
