What is the lowest TOEFL grade for a PhD scholarship in the engineering field? I recently got 62. Do I need to retake the exam, or are there universities that accept this score?

The minimum score you require for the PhD scholarship is around 110 marks to 118 marks depending on your profile.

One thing is, the Critical Reasoning Section. Now in the GRE, you will have questions involving critical reasoning, though these are not as difficult as those found in the GMAT. 1. so what is the minimum time required to prepare for the Graduate Record Examination . 2. Also what in your opinion is the right way - directly after B tech or get into job and then go after 1 year or 2 years ?
Answer to Q.2 It is better to continue MS immediately after your UG. Since you are going to specialize in the area of your interest a break is not advisable. In case you are going to pursue MBA, then experience becomes necessary.
