Over the past 9.5 years, my professional experiences have encompassed diverse roles and responsibilities, such as Product Development, Skill Analysis and Training, Client Management, Career Guidance and Counselling, Request for Proposal/ Quotations, Project Risk Management. Inevitably, such rich exposure has inculcated strong inter-personal, risk management, analytical and HR management skills. Moreover, training more than 50000 students and providing various guest lectures as well as leading a product development team for developing ERP products for different textile Industries, my interactions with product design and product development team helped me realise my interest in Teaching & Training, Career Counselling, Career Guidance, Product Management and HR Management.
More than development I have a passion for Mentoring and training students which defines me. I love to teach my students and make them skilled enough to face the real world.
Coordinated with various technical teams to develop customised ERP solutions to multiple vendors.
Designed and Developed an auto-evaluation platform for skill development of technical engineers.
Mentored technical trainees in areas of product analysis, product design, product development, product maintenance and testing.
Trained more than 50000 students in various programming languages through offline and online and handled guest lectures at different colleges and universities in India.
