Muscle Movement Unschool Golds Gym The Heartful Warrior LVAWO I did the CPT course in Chennai Anna Nagar from the Muscle Movement Unschool . My fitness journey began right from my school as I was into sports and NCC . I played cricket and basketball at state and district level. Then after college I went to prepare for UPSC , so I was always in touch with fitness . I was not carried away by the glam of western workouts which are not helpful in the long term. My shift was towards the ancient and traditional methods that are the base for all form of workouts.
Teaching Experience in detail in Personal Trainer
I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist and a martial artist. I also have been learning silambam since 2015 and have been teaching until 2019. I am also into learning adimurai, kalari and teach martial arts and basic self defense. I have been practicing the warrior art of fitness called as meipadam and karlakattai since 2020 and I have also completed the teacher training course in that. I am able to blend both western and traditional workouts and give a wholesome workout experience as I have been doing that personally for myself and feeling that exactly.
